Swap, add, or drop letters in one move. The result has to be a real dictionary word. You can also replace the whole word, or claim a letter without changing it.
Every accepted step costs the current letter price and raises the next one by $0.10. The price never resets. Takeovers pay that same price per letter you change.
The last accepted move can put a link under the word. Everything else is public: who moved, what they paid, and what got rejected.
